S301 Silicone Sealant
Silicone S301 is a professional grade acetic acid curing silicone sealant formulated for general purpose sealing applications. It has excellent adhesion to glass surfaces.
Note: Glass = Non structural glass surfaces

S301 Silicone Sealant
How To Use
- Ensure surfaces are clean.
- Apply a layer of masking tape along the perimeter line where Selleys S301 Silicone Sealant.
- Cut cartridge tip with a knife or blade and inset into caulking gun.
- Attach nozzle on cartridge and cut the nozzle tip at 45 degree angle.
- Apply on needed surface and, smoothen with a scraper or spatula.
- Once applied, peel of masking taped along the perimeters for a clean finishing and leave the sealant to dry for at least 6-8 hour.
Limitations:
- Cannot be painted over.
- Not recommended for use in below waterline applications, or areas permanent water immersion.
Handy Tips
- Each cartridge covers approx 15 lineal meters/5mm bead.
Clean Up
- While the sealant is still wet, clean off excess sealant with a cloth soaked with acetone.
- Cured adhesive/sealant is extremely difficult to remove and must be abraded or trimmed with a knife.
